What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency used within Melies to generate content. Each action, such as creating a movie poster or generating a movie idea consumes a certain number of credits. The number of credits you receive depends on your subscription plan.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Credits do not roll over and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. We encourage you to use all your credits each month to get the most out of your subscription.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Yes, you can purchase additional credits if you run out before your next billing cycle. These extra credits will be available immediately and do not expire.

What happens to my credits if I upgrade my plan?

When you upgrade your plan, you'll immediately receive the new plan's credit allocation. Any unused credits from your previous plan will be carried over.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see for each plan is what you'll pay, either monthly or annually depending on your chosen billing cycle.

Can I change my plan or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
